Hey Everyone!
Well, I’m a bit late wrapping up February, but in my defense, things have been a little crazy. There have been quite a few changes in my life and, honestly, I’m impressed with myself that I’ve still managed to post with any regularity in the meantime.
We are not counting last week. Or the fact that this post is waaaaay later than my usual posting time. But I digress.
I won’t go into too many details here since, a) I want to keep this post focused on wrapping up the month, as I usually do, and b) I’m pretty sure the majority of you are here for the books, not my personal updates. Nonetheless, I will be posting an actual update this coming Saturday since my real life changes WILL be impacting my blog going forward. But that’s enough of that for now.
As usual, I want to start by sending out a big thank you to everyone who continue to read my reviews, posts, and everything in between, as well as thanks to everyone who continues to follow me. It really does make my day to see people viewing and commenting on my posts. I’m sorry if I don’t always reply right away, but know that I see you all, and you’re all awesome.
Now it’s time for a quick wrap up for February. Let’s get started already!
What I Did…

Top Five Tuesday continues to be my favourite weekly meme, but I’m also happy that people seem to be enjoying TBR Treasures and Read or Roast as well. Meanwhile, this month I also managed get to a Showtime post about Galavant out, as well as two reviews out for A Sea of Pearls & Leaves, and Fire Wave: two books by self-published authors, which was just amazing.
However, looking back, I should have done things differently with at least one of my reviews. I’m still learning as a book reviewer, and while I still stand by my review, in the future I’m definitely going to approach things differently. For now, I’m going to take this as a lesson and move forward, hopefully in a better direction.
What I’m Reading…

Just two books on tap for March, but man am I excited for both of them! First up is probably going to be Our Bloody Pearl as part of TheWriteReads blog tour later this month. I’m really feeling the whole pirate/sailing/nautical vibe lately – don’t ask me why – so this fits perfectly and I’m really eager to get this started. The other story I want to review is Shadowless, and based off the cover alone I’m positive this is going to be epic.
What Comes Next…
Like I mentioned above, there have been developments in my offline life – nothing bad, I promise – and that will mean some changes to the blog and my presence here going forward. Don’t worry, I won’t be disappearing entirely (probably) and I’ll still try to keep on top of my usual posts and reviews as best I can. I’ll get more into that with my next post, so hold onto your hats for that exciting update.
Spring is just around the corner, so let’s hope the coming changes end up being good ones.
What I’m Looking Forward To…
Just like in last month’s wrap up, I’ve listed a bunch of amazing titles releasing in February that I’m incredibly excited for.

Thank you so much for reading everyone. I hope wherever you are that you have a safe, happy March, and that the Spring brings nothing but good things and good vibes. February’s done, and this month has already begun, so let’s see what else it has in store for us.
Thanks for reading everyone. Check out more of my posts below!
